The (Engineer) Welder, Fabricator position encompasses Production Welding, Fabrication and Quality responsibilities. Duties include analysing drawings, welding jobs, maintaining production standards and producing consistently accurate and precise work.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Correctly weld pieces of metal together with highest degree of accuracy and precision.
• Prepare materials for welding.
• Cut, grind and clean metal as per ASME standards (Passivation & Pickling).
• Utilize fabrication skills to complete all phases of fabrication.
• Provide feedback and input into the fabrication process regarding order of assembly, design, materials, fixtures and jigs.
• Conceptualize and make fixtures.
• Ensure correct documentation and processes are followed for standardized work process.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to frequently stand, sit, twist and use their hands, fingers and wrists to grip, twist and bend to operate controls. The employee will occasionally will be required to walk, stoop, pull objects, kneel and climb stairs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in welding/fabrication
• Ability to read and understand drawings, including welding diagrams and symbols
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Applicants are required to have an understanding of fabrication processes.
• Certifications: Diploma, Degree or at the least ITI or any other industry courses in welding techniques

Job Responsibilities:
The Assistant Manager - Sales & Service shall be responsible for serving customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations / applications of mechanical seals. The selected candidate will be required to travel to customers located across the northern part of India (Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Delhi, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, J&K and Chandigarh).

Job duty is to create technical drawings based on given specifications and calculations based on API 682 4^th Edition. To incorporate these specifications into drawings that may be used in the manufacture, maintenance or repair of the product, namely mechanical seals. Besides creating drawings, other duties can include making technical calculations, assessing designing capacity limits and estimating production costs. Knowledge in softwares such as ANSYS, PV ELITE etc is a must.

Work Experience:
